Employment Documentation

Probation Period

The default probation period is 3 months (or as specified in your offer letter). This period allows both you and Arinova to assess whether the role is a good mutual fit.

Our Code of Conduct sets clear behavioral expectations that foster a professional, inclusive, and respectful work environment for everyone at Arinova Studio.

Professional Standards

Safe & Inclusive Environment

Zero Tolerance Policy: Arinova Studio maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward discrimination or harassment of any kind. We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive environment where everyone can thrive regardless of gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

Conflicts of Interest

Any potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed to HR immediately. This includes outside employment, business relationships, or any situation that could compromise your objectivity or the company's interests.

Company Assets

Use company resources responsibly and solely for business purposes. This includes computers, software licenses, office equipment, and access credentials.

Development Credentials

During project development, you may use your personal credentials for development purposes. However, all credentials must be changed to production accounts before project delivery or deployment.

Flexible Time Zones

Arinova Studio operates across multiple time zones to serve our global clientele. We offer flexible working hours across three primary time zones:

  • India (IND): 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • United States (US): 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • United Kingdom (UK): 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Important: These time zones are flexible based on your suitability and project requirements. Discuss your preferred working hours with your manager during onboarding.

Remote Work Policy

We embrace remote work while maintaining high standards of collaboration and productivity:

Time Tracking

Mandatory Requirement: All employees must log in and log out of working hours using our company management software. Accurate time tracking is essential for project management and ensures fair compensation for your work.

Your attendance and time tracking data helps us understand work patterns, manage projects effectively, and ensure work-life balance across the team.

Types of Leave

Leave Allowance

Monthly Allowance: You can take a maximum of 2 leaves per month, apart from sick leave and emergency leave. This ensures operational continuity while respecting your need for personal time.

Interns

Internship-specific leave rules will be communicated in your offer letter and during onboarding. Intern leave policies may differ from full-time employee policies.

Company Holidays

Arinova Studio observes region-specific official holidays along with company-declared off days. The annual holiday calendar will be shared at the beginning of each year and updated as needed.

After Hours Communication: After working hours, employees are not expected to respond to non-urgent messages or emails. We encourage everyone to respect personal time and avoid unnecessary communication outside business hours.

If something is truly urgent, it should be clearly marked as such. Otherwise, it can wait until the next working day.

Mental Health Awareness

Security Best Practices

Incident Reporting

If you suspect or identify any security breach, data leak, or vulnerability:

  • Report immediately to security@arinova.studio
  • Do not attempt to fix the breach yourself
  • Document what you observed without touching or altering evidence
  • Follow up with your manager and CTO

Legal Requirements

Mandatory Agreements: All employees and interns must sign:

Required Notice: Employees must serve a notice period of 1 week (7 days) before their last working day.

Intellectual Property

Important: All work created during your employment remains the property of Arinova Studio. This includes code, designs, documentation, and any other intellectual property. Ensure complete transfer of all work before your last day.

Confidentiality Beyond Employment

Your NDA and confidentiality obligations continue even after leaving Arinova Studio. Do not share, use, or disclose any confidential company or client information in future roles.
